I will be describing the details of America’s involvement in a two way war which is known as World War 2. This event that took part in our nations past time is very important to how we live today. When America is called out, we know how to adapt and over come. This is why we are the most dominating country in the world. This war really made our country prove that point to the world.
After the events of World War 1, we as a country stood neutral when it came to the involvement of national aid. Our financial status after World War 1 was greatly affected. We were put into a hardship tour of life, being placed into the great depression. America’s main focus was to improve the money currency so that its people can make an honest living and provide for their families. While America had a cold shoulder to everybody else in the world, Germany and Japan had plans of there own. Germany which was led by Adolph Hitler was aiming on conquering all of Europe and the Japanese were planning on taking over china. America was led by President Franklin D Roosevelt. Roosevelt was aware of all the controversies over seas but was not ready to enter another World War. America’s people wanted nothing but neutrality and would not permit themselves to be dragged into fighting and blood shed.
